Acquisition of ISO 9001

We continuously perform quality control.  For instance, we employ optical microscopes and CNC image checking machines equipped with non-contact displacement sensors not commonly used within the resin processing industry.
In addition, there are many products used in clean rooms, so a high level of precision and cleanliness are used when products are manufactured at Shirasaki Manufacturing Co. Ltd.

Quality Policy

We contribute to the community through considering safety and concern for the environment, whilst offering quality products, related to the processing of resins, metals and resin molding, that suit the needs of our customer in a timely fashion.

It is our goal to make our customer smile by realizing the customer’s wishes.  We establish quality objectives that are continuously reviewed in order to achieve our quality policy.  Our staff work in accordance with quality manuals, and adopt the business practice of continuous improvement to ensure that all the customer’s needs are fulfilled.

Environment-friendly Manufacturing

We have introduced an environmentally friendly ultrasonic washing machine that uses alkali ion-water.  The ultrasonic washing machine is not only kind on the environment but also excels in super precision washing at the submicron level.

In addition to this, we have introduced a scanning electron microscope (SEM), for use in research and the development of materials, to improve durability and quality.
